13 Oct Happy Tail for Bruzer
Bruzer was one of three puppies needing foster homes and as soon as I saw his picture I was in love. Thank you Jamie for knowing I’m a sucker and wouldn’t be able to say no to him. 🙂 We were just going to foster him, but from the moment we brought him home he was part of our family. We have three smaller dogs and had been waiting for the right large dog to come into our lives. After fostering so many we knew eventually one would stick around. 🙂 At the time he was a 20lb puppy and it’s been so fun watching him grow. He’s 9 months old now and is almost 70lbs. We’re excited to see how big he will be when he’s full grown!
He’s more reserved than our other dogs, but once he warms up to you his tail wags like crazy! He loves playing with our other dogs, especially our smallest dog, Dexter. They’ve been BFF’s since day one.
Bruzer is a great listener and has been very easy to train. Don’t tell the other dogs that though because we don’t want to make them feel stupid. 🙂 He’s very mellow and laid back, but almost every day he will get a boost of energy and run around like crazy. It’s hilarious to watch because he’s still so clumsy with his huge paws.
Bruzer has been the perfect addition to our family and we can’t imagine nothaving him. A lot of people might think having four dogs is crazy, but I think they’re crazy for missing out on all the fun. 🙂
