21 May Happy Tail for Georgia
Georgia has been a wonderful part of our lives since August of 2009. Initially, we were very excited to bring her into a loving foster home while we waited for someone to come along and take her home forever. We were told that she had been in the rescue for approximately two years, and everyone who knew this loveable character was overjoyed that she finally found a foster to care for her. Although still convinced she would be only a visitor in our home, we devoted much of our time making up for the wonderful life she missed growing up.
After going on walks, playing in the yard, and getting lots of belly rubs, she quickly moved from her spot in the kitchen to having free reign of the house. She was now warming a spot both on our bed and in our hearts. By Christmas of 2009 we could not bear the thought of her being a part of any other family, and we had to adopt her! There was much joy in the 4 Luv of Dog Rescue family as we all knew we had found a perfect match.
Since becoming a Hayes, Georgia has had an incredible impact on us. Her lovable demeanor and undying loyalty assures us every day that this is indeed her forever home.
We are so grateful to 4 Luv of Dog Rescue for bringing this wonderful friend and family member into our lives.
