ABOUT US

Founded in 2005 and based in Fargo, ND, 4 Luv of Dog Rescue is a fully volunteer-run and community-supported organization. We rescue and rehome dogs in need with the help of dedicated foster families and maintain a facility in Moorhead, MN, as emergency-only housing until a foster home can be secured.

WHAT WE DO

Our mission is simple: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome homeless and unwanted dogs regardless of age, breed, or health. Our team of passionate volunteers works tirelessly to provide love, care, and second chances every day. With veterinary care, food, shelter, and socialization, we find safe, loving homes for rescued dogs. 4 Luv of Dog Rescue receives no government funding and relies on grants, fundraising, and donations to stay operational.

As of 2024, we’ve placed over 6,600 dogs in their forever homes, thanks to the dedication of our amazing volunteers and supporters. Thank you!
