21 May Happy Tail for Sammi
Hi, my name is Sammi.
I was adopted in March of 2009 at the peak of the Red River flood. Luckily, my mom and dad’s new house was out of danger and I had a safe, dry place to call my new home.
I made myself comfortable right away, in fact I was even cute and snuggly enough to be able to sleep in bed with my dad the first night, while my mom worked the night shift, even though he was pretty sure he was going to put me in the kennel. 🙂 I am pretty good at talking them into things, but I don’t think I’m too spoiled. 😉 Some of my favorite things to do are running, rollerblading, playing fetch, car rides, neck rubs and chasing rabbits in my backyard.
My mom and dad keep talking about how I’m going to be a big sister to something called a “baby girl” in February. I’m not quite sure what this means but it sounds pretty fun! As long as I still get my neck rubs. 🙂
