5/8/2020: Bjorn is such a handsome guy. He is very curious and being a puppy, he has a lot to discover! He will bark at new things and new people but warms up great. He is full of wiggles!
Bjorn knows basic commands such as sit and lay down. He is gentle with his mouth when taking treats. He loves to play, fetch the ball, and tug. He gives the ball up nicely when playing fetch. Bjorn loves to chew on bones and tennis balls. He is learning to walk on a leash without pulling. While outside Bjorn can be leash reactive towards people and dogs. He will need a strong handler to work on walks and not being reactive while outside. Bjorn does great inside with people and loves to play with dogs. Bjorn would do well in a fenced yard where he could run off his puppy energy!
He loves to cuddle up with lots of blankets. When it’s time to relax, Bjorn’s a pro. His preferred sleep position is on his back, legs out! We are working on kennel training with him. It takes him about 5-10 minutes to settle in his kennel during the day. At night he does well in his crate and sleeps about 6-7 hours. Because he is younger, we take Bjorn out to potty every couple of hours during the day.
He has been great with kids. Bjorn offers up lots to kisses and snuggles.
