Foster Home Feedback

11/13/21: Phil is a friendly little dog. He came into our house acting like he’d known us for years - so I expect he will adjust well with his forever family! He loves our kids and resident dog. He has been comfortable around our friends' dogs too. He plays an awesome game of fetch and could play for hours. He loves his toys and running around the house. Phil has a lot of energy and unless it’s bedtime, he is usually on the go. He does stop to cuddle sometimes and especially loves to tuck his head between your neck and shoulders. It’s the cutest thing. He sleeps through the night and does well roaming the house unattended. He does a great job going outside to go potty - even in the snow and cold.

There is only one negative about this sweet guy - he can be quite yappy. He has a lot to say. He barks a lot when somebody comes in the house or when he hears sounds. Unless his person is always home, I don’t think apartment living would be best for him. He’d probably annoy the neighbors.

Phil is really cute and sweet! If small dogs with lots of energy are your thing, Phil’s your guy!
