Foster Home Feedback
5/10/2022 Foster Feedback: Ebie is such a happy and sweet puppy. He loves to cuddle, play, and give you all the love he can. He is excellent with other dogs and kids, he is reserved around new people at first but will warm up to them quickly. He is more comfortable around women but once he gets comfortable around the men he is regularly around, he loves them just as much! Unsure how well he does around cats. We’ve noticed he will occasionally come up to you for hugs where he will rest his face right on your shoulder or bury it next to you for snuggles.
Ebie does well in the kennel, will whine a little but will then settle down and feel safe and comfortable. We are currently working on house training. He is a quick learner and has started to be more vocal in letting us know when he needs to go out. He has not had any accidents inside the last few days and can now make it all night without needing to go outside. He will need someone to continue being consistent with his house training.
Obedience training is also something Ebie will need continued consistency on. He is teething and likes to chew on things. He listens pretty well when he is told “no”. Chew toys and treats help as well. We’re working on sitting, particularly outside where there are many distractions along with off/down, leave it. He does well on a leash but will pull occasionally when he gets overwhelmed or anxious to get home.
Ebie is a sweetheart, very intelligent, and loving puppy. He will make a fantastic family member for a family wanting a puppy and let him give you all his love!
