Foster Home Feedback
1/8/2023 Foster Feedback: Bluejay is an estimated 4-year old male neutered terrier mix, black in color with blue eyes. He was found as a stray running in the county for up to 2 months. He has a medium activity level. He really enjoys fetch and outdoor activities, but will also curl up on the couch with you to watch movies. We have horses and regularly go to events on the weekends. Bluejay has attended a few events with us and does excellent in new places and is good around horses. No herding or prey drive has been noted while living with us. He has been a great traveler so far. We believe a quieter home would be best suited for him. Over Christmas holidays when the entire family (10+ people and 3 new dogs) were home being loud and busy - he was a little stressed and reactive. He will likely bond and be loyal to one person. He has picked our Mom and is always found at her side like a shadow.
Bluejay is good with dogs, cats, and older children (does not like to be tugged on or messed with) He seems to prefer women. He is potty-trained and knows 'sit'. We have not tried kennel training him.
