Foster Home Feedback
2/15/2023 Foster Feedback: “Sid” is a typical puppy. Loves wrestling with his sister and playing with his toys inside and out. Potty training is going well. He’s a happy pup who loves people and wants to run and play. We are starting crate training and he is doing well. We tried a few walks when weather was nice. He did better than I expected, for first time harness and leash. Sid is such a sweet boy.
* Obsidian tested positive for Parvovirus. Obsidian was treated for the disease and is making a wonderful recovery. Because there is a chance Obsidian could still be shedding the virus, he cannot be exposed to other puppies for 3 months. Caution should be taken with exposing Obsidian to adult healthy dogs too but the risk of a healthy adult dog contracting Parvo is very minimal. Absolutely no dog parks, human parks, puppy schools, or pet stores for at least 3 months.
