Foster Home Feedback
11/2/25 Foster Feedback:Crypt (we call him Kip or Kippy) has been in our home for exactly 1 month now. Crypt was very timid and unsure when he arrived. He was quiet and kept a distance for the first couple weeks. THEN, about 2 weeks later, he came out of his shell and let his personality shine. Crypt has got the smarts of a German shepherd.
Crypt is potty trained and takes food and treats very gently. It took him some time to learn that PB and cheese are yummy. He almost takes treats from your hand as if to say “are you sure this is for me?"
He’ll chew on a fancy bone but but still hasn’t tried to chew on any toys or balls. Crypt will run after the ball when I toss it and then let his foster sibling grab the ball and bring it back.
If you’re in the car a lot and want a copilot- Crypt is the dog for you! He loves nothing more than a scenic drive with his snout out the window.
Now that Crypt is comfortable in our home, he’s quite vocal. Sometimes it’s a German shepherd bark, but when he knows it’s the time to not bark he’ll make his husky noises.
Crypt is 100% Velcro dog and follows me wherever I go in the house. He also chills nicely near me when I am reading or on a phone call.
Crypt would make a great companion for someone !
