Foster Home Feedback

4/14/26 Foster Feedback: Meet Schnitzel! She's a sweet, snuggly pup who can't wait to find her forever home! Schnitzel is mostly potty trained but will likely regress a bit when moving to a new place. The good news is she's quite smart, and we have no doubt that she'll pick up the new routine quickly. Schnitzel is very treat motivated and has so much fun zooming around the house on those short little legs! We haven't done much walking yet with the cold weather, but once it warms up I'm sure she'll love the occasional stroll. Schnitzel was recently spayed and is getting along very well with our other dogs. She does have that complex that is often seen in small dogs, where she thinks she's one of the big guys. Schnitzel is coexisting mostly peacefully with our dog-savvy cats, although it does frustrate her that they don't want to play. She’s been comfortable and appropriate with our big kids with no concerns.
