Puppies generally need the following veterinary care after their adoption:
8 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella Vaccinations. 4 Luv of Dog Rescue completes these vaccinations before adoption.
12 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo Vaccination completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.
16 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Rabies Vaccinations completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.
Yearly thereafter: All dogs need yearly wellness exams performed by a veterinarian as well as booster vaccinations.

7/2/25 Foster Feedback: This little fluff ball is a heartbreaker. Balsam is full of puppy energy with no fear! He loves to antagonize our big dogs until they play with him. Balsam loves to be held and has no shortage of puppy kisses to give.
