Foster Home Feedback
6/22/26 Foster Feedback: Jinu is a great little guy looking for a warm lap to snuggle up on. He is now 100 percent toothless and is feeling like a million bucks! His spunky personality is starting to shine more and more and he lets us know his preferences:) He prefers smaller dogs or if large - calm dogs that will respect his space and not pay him too much attention. He is living with 5 and 7 year old children and will sit next to them on the couch or sleep with them on the bed but prefers that they not pick him up. I think he would enjoy respectful visiting children but would need kids that respect his boundaries to avoid stressing him out. He announces his presence when people come and go or if he sees activity going on in the neighborhood while outside. He does quiet down quickly when redirected though so may do ok with shared walls if people are home most of the time.
As he has settled in he has improved greatly with his potty training and rarely has an accident while at home. If we take him to new places he tends to "hold it" as long as can but acclimates after a couple of days and his routine improves. He walks well on a leash and seems to enjoy short little jaunts down the block. I can not stress enough how loving and affectionate this guy is. He warms up quickly to new people and loves sunbathing outside on our patio. He is content to just hang with his people and will make a delightful companion for the right home.
