These foster testimonials were written by some of our most passionate volunteers. Fostering is a rewarding way to make a huge difference.

Fosters save lives by taking dogs into their homes. The difference between a dog staying at our central building versus staying with a human in their own home is night and day. While waiting for their forever family, our dogs get to stay with someone who will love them, play with them, and make sure they feel fulfilled. A lot of the dogs who come into the rescue are not well socialized, and the foster family is a great opportunity to teach them “how to dog” and set them up for success with their family.

It is free for our fosters to care for dogs. We cover all the food and medical expenses. Their only job is to keep the dog safe and happy.

While the cost to foster is free, the change you’ll make in a rescue dog’s life is priceless.
